High Wycombe

CLASSES: 

Jujitsu covers a wide range of techniques.  Students will be expected to try all aspects of the art, but are given time to concentrate on the areas that most interest them.

Classes will vary, but as a general rule, may follow the following format:

JUNIORS:
- Rei (bow) on. Short ballistic warm up.
- Breakfalls (learning to fall safely).
- Simple balance / coordination exercises or drills.
- Lesson - learning/ improving technique.
- Syllabus work, or other practice.
- Cool down, finish and Rei off.

SENIORS: 
- Rei (bow) on. Short ballistic warm up.
- Breakfalls (learning to fall safely).
- Simple balance / coordination exercises.
- basic techniques - practice / drill work.
- Lesson - learning/ improving technique.
- Freetime - for syllabus work, or other practice.
- Cool down, finish and Rei off.
- On Fridays students may choose to stay for additional weapons practice until 10pm.
- Drinks in the bar!

Students training at the High Wycombe club will be asked to join the Judo Centre, and a special rate for membership is in place for Park Lodge students.

Wednesdays:
Juniors (5-16 yrs) - 6:30 - 7:30pm
Seniors (14-95 yrs) - 7:30 - 9:30pm

Fridays:
Pre-seniors (14yrs+) & Seniors
- Jujitsu - 8:00-9:30pm
- Optional  weapons training until 10pm

COST:

Judo Centre members: Juniors £4, Seniors £6
Non-members: Juniors £5, Seniors £7
