Sensei Chris HarveySENSEI CHRIS HARVEY - 5th Dan Jujitsu, 3rd Dan Judo

Born 21st February 1947.  Started Judo in 1962 at Wanstead Youth Club.  Started Jujitsu in 1983 with the World Federation.  Joined Jikishin Jujitsu in 1991 under Professor Terry Parker.  Also studied Hun Gar Kung Fu for 8 years.  Sensei Harvey holds a Level 1 weapons grade, and is a Senior Coach for the British Ju Jitsu Association (GB).  He has represented England in Jujitsu, along with Sensei Joannie, and is regularly invited to teache at courses hosted by other clubs both in the UK and abroad.

Sensei Harvey is still actively teaching both judo and jujitsu, having never lost the enthusiasm for these martial arts.  He hopes to continue teaching and practising these arts for many years to come. 
 

  
Sensei Joannie HarveySENSEI JOANNIE HARVEY - 4th Dan Jujitsu, 2nd Dan Judo

Joannie has trained in Judo and Jujitsu since she was 15, and has won gold medals in National and International competitions.  She was part of the winning UK demonstration team at the United Nations of Jujitsu competition in Brighton in 2000.  Sensei Joannie graded at 4th Dan in Jujitsu in July 2007.

 

 

 

Sensei GarySENSEI GARY HOLLIS - 4th Dan Jujitsu 

Started training in Jujitsu in 1994.  Acheived Shodan (black belt) in June 1998.  Continued, and graded at 4th Dan in July 2007.

Sensei Gary says 'I have enjoyed the past 15 years training under Sensei Chris - long may it continue!'.




 

Sensei Sue JenkinsSENSEI SUE JENKINS - 3rd Dan Jujitsu, 2nd Dan Judo 

Sensei Sue Jenkins trains with Sensei Joannie in both Judo and Jujitsu.  She also trains junior students in both diciplines.  She achieved her 3rd Dan in jujitsu in July 2007.




 

SENSEI HOLLY HUDSON - 3rd Dan Jujitsu  Sensei Holly

Holly Hudson started training in jujitsu in 1997, achieving 1st Dan Black Belt in 2004, and 3rd Dan in 2010.  She enjoys teaching, and has been running clubs in the High Wycombe area since attending University there from 1999.  She competes regularly at national and international competitions, and in 2008 became BJJA British National Champion for weapons kata, retaining the title in 2009.

 

 

SENSEI ROBERT SLADE - 3rd Dan Jujitsu, Blue Belt Judo (BJA) 

Robert started BJA Judo at the age of seven continuing until his late teens.  Started WJJF Jujitsu training in 1983; achieving 1st Dan Black Belt in 1990.  Moved to Jikishin Jujitsu with Professor Terry Parker in 1991.  Also studies the Shorinji Kan style of Jujitsu with The Jitsu Foundation (BJJA GB).

Sensei Robert particularly enjoys the competitive aspects of jujitsu, groundwork and random attacks.  He graded at 3rd Dan in July 2010.
