Welcome to Park Lodge Judo Jujitsu Kai

 

Park Lodge has trained many students in both judo and jujitsu, based from the original club in Wickford, Essex. Park Lodge is headed by Sensei Chris Harvey, 5th Dan in jujitsu, and 3rd Dan in judo.  Park Lodge is affiliated to the British Ju-Jitsu Association (GB), the Governing Body for Ju-Jitsu in Britain.

 

Students training at Park Lodge have the opportunity to practice the following areas:

Jikishin ju-jitsu - a wide range of self defence techniques.
Kano judo - understanding of the sport of judo.
Ground fighting - for competition, and for self defence.
Weapons kata - Traditional Japanese weapons.
Open hand kata - For balance, control, coordination, and concentration.
