GOOD LUCK to the Park Lodge team going to the Southend International Course & Championships on May 12th!

Park Lodge has trained many students in both Ju-Jitsu and Judo, based from the original club in Wickford, Essex. We have Ju-Jitsu clubs in High Wycombe and Marlow in Buckinghamshire as well as in Maidenhead, Berkshire.

Park Lodge is headed by Sensei Chris Harvey, 6th Dan in ju-jitsu, and 3rd Dan in judo. We are affiliated to the British Ju-Jitsu Association (GB), the Governing Body for Ju-Jitsu in Britain.

Students training at Park Lodge have the opportunity to practice the following areas:

• Jikishin ju-jitsu - a wide range of self defence techniques.
• Kano judo - understanding of the sport of judo. 
• Ground fighting - for competition, and for self defence. 
• Weapons kata - Traditional Japanese weapons.
• Open hand kata - For balance, control, coordination, and concentration.
